We know church ministry is tough.  We are committed to expressing care and support for each congregation and its leaders.  We strive to build relationships of trust so each congregation will stand firm in God's call to serve Him and His mission in the world.

Pastoral Support

Annual Pastor & Wives Retreat - Each Fall our regional pastors and their wives gather together for encouragement and refreshment.

Quarterly and Monthly Pastor Clusters - In each state, we meet on a regular basis to reflect on ministry, encourage one another and pray for one another and our ministries.

Coaching

Many executives of secular companies have found that having a coach significantly increases their ability to succeed at their job.

MINISTRY DIALOG

Typically a 30 minute regularly scheduled phone call to discuss ongoing ministry issues you may be facing.

MINISTRY COACHING

This monthly hour long formal coaching process uses the online Coaching tool of CoachNet. This relationship is re-evaluated every 6 months to determine if continued sessions would be beneficial.
